So a 2nd opinion via the web and it looks like the doc was right. All the
indicators are correct, a more rapid increase in mileage than was sensible,
hill work and tight hamstrings. I've spent over a year working on improving
the length of my hamstrings and I'm hugely disappointed with progress. It
was just a case of pulled hamstrings but now it seems to be tending towards
