Rehab starts

I've been to the physio and we're thinking a proper rehab is in order, sorting out all the underlying issues, then I can be back in even better form!  I think there are core issues at the erm... core, especially hip mobility. Not sure my hip is flexible enough and so hamstrings overcompensate.  Two weeks of nerve training and range of motion to begin with. And I am imposing my own 'sort my posture out' regime' (he says quickly sitting correctly! Very hard!).  At the end of the day fitness comes back quite quickly, problems take longer. Reassess progress in two weeks, but this going to be a long haul I think.
